When an attendee purchases a ticket, our system generates a unique QR code that is instantly delivered via email or WhatsApp. At the event entrance, staff scan the QR code using any smartphone or tablet. The system validates the ticket in real-time and marks the attendee as checked in. Each QR code is unique and can only be used once, preventing fraud and duplicate entries.
Absolutely. Attendees can top up online before the event or at designated cash desks and top-up stations on-site. We also support manual top-ups by event staff. Wallet balances update instantly across all devices, and attendees can check their balance at any time through their attendee dashboard.
Nothing special — just a smartphone or tablet with a camera. Vendors log into their vendor dashboard on any device, scan the attendee's QR code to pull up their wallet, add items from their product catalog, and confirm the transaction. The entire flow takes under 3 seconds. No card machines, no cash registers, no specialized hardware required.
During checkout, attendees can optionally add a tip using preset percentages (10%, 15%, 20%) or enter a custom amount. The tip is deducted instantly from the attendee's wallet along with the purchase amount. Tips are logged separately from product sales, giving both vendors and event organizers full visibility into tip earnings. Staff can view their tip history through their vendor dashboard.
Yes. The Enterprise plan supports unlimited events under one master account. You can assign different organizers to different events with role-based access control, ensuring each team only sees what they need to. All events share the same platform infrastructure while maintaining separate data, analytics, and configurations.
We integrate with Stripe for all online payments, supporting all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. For wallet top-ups at physical events, attendees can pay with cash or card at designated top-up stations. Our QR-based wallet payments between attendees and vendors are processed internally with instant settlement.

The system uses real-time data syncing, optimized QR processing, and scalable cloud infrastructure to ensure smooth operation even during peak entry and bar rush periods.
We recommend ensuring WiFi or cellular connectivity at your venue for the best experience. However, our platform is being developed with offline-syncing capabilities as a future feature. In the current version, a stable internet connection is required for real-time wallet transactions and ticket validation.
